Alismail Industrial Company hereby warrants to the original purchaser that the products manufactured by it shall be free of all substantial defects in original material and workmanship under normal use in standard usage conditions for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

All fabrics, upholstery materials and all other products sold through Alismail Industrial Co, but not manufactured by Alismail Industrial Co, are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Within the specified period of warrantee, Alismail Industrial Co agrees at our option, to repair or replace the cost of the product or any portion of the subjected product which proved to be defective in material or workmanship provided that the buyer gives a written notice.

What is Covered:

  1. Repair or replacement of defective parts or components.
  2. Labor costs associated with warranty service, if applicable.
  3. Shipping costs for replacement parts, if applicable.


Authorization must be approved by Alismail Industrial Co. in writing prior to incurring any repair charges.

 What is Not Covered:

  1. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  2. Normal wear and tear.
  3. Damage resulting from accidents, improper assembly, or unauthorized repairs.
  4. Damages resulting from customers’ shipment, storage, alteration, misuse of the product or failure to provide proper care as well as reasonable and necessary maintenance.
  5. Damage caused during product installation or reconfiguration.
  6. Any modifications or alterations made to the product.
  7. Does not warrant the matching of color, grain or texture.
  8. Damage caused by environmental factors, such as exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture.


Additionally, all custom products are expressly excluded from this warranty.

This expressed warranty is exclusive of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

All incidental or consequential damages which may arise, including but not limited to business losses, personal damage and third-party liability are hereby expressly excluded.

Warranty Claim Process:
   To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
   a. Contact our Customer Service Department to report the issue.
   b. Provide the following information:

  • Product name and model number.
  • Serial number (if applicable).
  • Date of purchase and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  • Description of the issue and supporting photographs.

   c. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the warranty claim process.
