ALISMAIL PMO (Project Management Office), is a specific department within our organization that provides project management support to our complex projects at site.

Our PMP (Project Management Professional) ensure that best project management practices and standards are met and help ALISMAIL deliver maximum value through its projects at site. 

They are responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of a project and the project team: planning and coordinating resource allocations, organizing personnel, maintaining a project budget and schedule, monitoring progress and project goals, overseeing quality control, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within the expected projects costs.
